Our Innovative Process

Our process is as unique as the designs we create. We start with premium plain white base fabrics, which serve as the perfect canvas for our designers. Using the latest CAD technology, our creative team develops intricate patterns and eye-catching prints that are then brought to life through state-of-the-art digital printing techniques. What truly sets us apart is our made-to-order model. Each garment is produced only after an order is received, ensuring that every creation is crafted specifically for you and eliminating unnecessary production waste.

Sustainable by Design

Sustainability lies at the core of LUXE NOIR. By operating a dual production model—with 50 percent of our pieces made to order—we drastically cut fabric waste and conserve resources, all while upholding the highest quality standards. Every garment is crafted in India at an ISO‑certified facility, a testament to our ethical practices and commitment to excellence.

We’ve also swapped traditional screen and rotary printing for advanced digital technology, reducing water use by up to 95 percent per garment. This low‑moisture approach delivers rich colour depth, precise patterns and long‑lasting durability. By choosing digital printing and a partly made‑to‑order system, we make each piece as environmentally responsible as it is visually stunning.
